At Fizuul, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our clothing. Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, process refunds, and handle cancellations.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
All tags, labels, and packaging are intact and not removed.
The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
The item was not purchased under final sale, clearance, or discount offers (these are non-returnable).
You have a clear, unedited video of opening the parcel showing the condition of the product at the time of unboxing.
Important: Without a proper unboxing video, we will be unable to process any return, exchange, or refund request. This video serves as proof in case of damage, missing item, or wrong product delivery.
If these conditions are not met, Fizuul reserves the right to decline the return or refund request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
Any purchase made from ready to wear sample sales.
Accessories, innerwear, or gift cards.
We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at info.fizuul@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Mention your Order ID, registered contact number, and reason for return.
Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened.
Attach product photos (front, back, and tags) for verification.
Our support team will review your request and approve it if it meets our return conditions.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Shipping Process
For approved returns, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address (where available).
In certain pin codes where pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check:
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 10 – 15 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently don’t offer exchanges on our products.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info.fizuul@gmail.com.
Attach your unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Requests raised without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within 10 hours of placement and before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Fizuul reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned timeline:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit/debit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at info.fizuul@gmail.com.
We’ll assist you immediately.
10. Return Address
The return address will be shared with you via email once your return is approved.
Please do not ship any product to us without prior approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
11. Policy Updates
Fizuul reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
