Refunds & Credits
We accept refund requests only for unused and unwashed products in original condition within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened. Without this video, refunds cannot be processed.
Once the returned product passes our quality check, refunds are initiated within 10 – 15 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.Â
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product received is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Order Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 15 – 20 business days
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to check the delivery status in real time.
Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If undelivered, your parcel will return to our warehouse. You can contact us at info.fizuul@gmail.com to request re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

To return a product:

Attach your order ID, reason for return, and a clear unboxing video.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping.
Sample items or items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers, as well as customized or made-to-order products, are not eligible for return or refund.
Payments & Billing
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and Wallets.
Absolutely! All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS–compliant secure payment gateways. We do not store or access your card details at any point.
No, once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you wish to modify your order, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing it.
