By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 15–20 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (such as festivals, sales, or new launches), order processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and a shipping confirmation email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping and Delivery Time
We deliver across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on factors such as location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, lockdowns).
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
For express deliveries, shipping charges may apply as per the courier service.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking ID via email or SMS.
A link to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner’s website.
If you face any tracking issues, you can contact our support team at info.fizuul@gmail.com with your order number.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping details (name, address, pin code, phone number) are accurate before placing the order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
Fizuul is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently we do not offer COD
7. International Shipping
Currently, Fizuul ships only within India.
We are working to expand our services internationally soon.
8. Delay in Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Fizuul is not liable for:
Delays caused by courier partners, transport issues, or natural calamities.
Delays due to customer unavailability at the delivery address.
In such cases, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you for instructions.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care while packaging your order. However, if your order arrives damaged:
Please take clear photos and email them to info.fizuul@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the case and provide a resolution as per our Refund & Return Policy.
If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or full refund after confirming with the courier partner.
10. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or warehouse location.
In such cases, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
11. Change in Shipping Address
Once an order is placed, address changes can only be made before dispatch.
To request a change, please email info.fizuul@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
